It is important to emphasize that the product must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.
RETURNS:
If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 07 calendar days of receipt. For the return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and with the original packaging and proof of purchase.

We do not accept exchanges or returns of personalized or custom-made products, except in case of defect.
The shipping costs for the first exchange or return of each purchase are our responsibility, if your purchase was delivered in Brazil.
